The entire staff was outstanding. I did not have an appointment, but when I walked in the receptionist got me an appointment within the first hour. I was feeling very ill when I walked in everyone listened. I had an wonderful experience with this clinic. The receptionist, the doctor, the two nurses and the girl from the lab all where outstanding. Thank you so much

After my appointment I stopped by the receptionist and asked about directions to the main Froedtert campus in Milwaukee. She was extremely helpful, even printing off maps and directions. She went above and beyond what I would have expected and I appreciated it very much!

Stephanie was absolutely wonderful! She was extremely attentive and took the time to discuss each one of my concerns with me. Stephanie is very easy to talk with and made me feel very comfortable. I like that she detailed several options that we could take with each issue. Stephanie really listened to what I had to say and I feel relieved that she understands where I am coming from and will work with me to resolve my medical issues. I would highly recommend her!

From the moment you enter the facility to the time you leave all staff are friendly and caring. Dr. Akiya and his nurse have been so very helpful. They are knowledgeable and wonderful caregivers. All of the staff should be shown appreciation; this is the best medical care I have ever received! The entire team is wonderful. I love that there are medical students witnessing and learning from great providers!

Vicki is always willing to listen, she is patient and understanding. She includes me in my health decisions and is respectful of my decisions.Her medical assistant Elizabeth is excellent, I am very comfortable communicating with her also
